We're a virtual assistant agency that works exclusively with stay-at-home parents who want to earn flexible income, keep their resume and professional skills sharp, and learn new skills. We call our VA's Sparents! )

Sparents are assigned projects based on their skill sets, and work on a flexible schedule around their primary job - being a parent! :

The majority of our clients are woman owned small businesses, and for many of them hiring a Sparent is their first experience with delegating and building a virtual team. So we particularly look for Sparents who are independent, confident problem solvers who can project a collaborative attitude.

We value long term relationships, and strive for low turnover rates. Currently we are proud to say that we have less than 5% turnover of clients AND Sparents. We know that life can change on a dime, but we hope that anyone who applies to become a Sparent has plans to work as a freelance VA for at least the next year.

Filling out this form is not a guarantee of work, but it is the first step of our application process. If we are interested, you will be invited to a zoom interview, and thenasked to provide at least 3 professional references.

Our team of Sparents are vetted for both skills and compatibility with this style of work and our typical client profile. Although the work is flexible by design, there are high expectations put on good communication skills, work quality, and deadline fulfillment so we can deliver stellar, premium services to our clients.
